Bangkok Soap Opera, a beauty brand in Thailand, was seeking a marketing agency in Bangkok to enhance their performance marketing, with a specific focus on boosting ROAS for their e-commerce store and driving higher revenue.

Our Strategy
We started with a detailed audit of Bangkok Soap Opera’s past campaigns, focusing on customer behavior and product performance. This helped us identify areas that needed improvement in their ads and website.
Next, we refined their audience targeting by creating specific groups based on purchase history and interests. We also used lookalike audiences and retargeted visitors who had shown interest but hadn’t purchased yet, making sure the right ads reached the right people.
We then developed focused ad campaigns for their best-selling and high-margin products. Using dynamic product ads, catalog ads, we showcased items that customers had already viewed, increasing the likelihood of conversions.
At the same time, we refreshed the ad creatives and copy to align better with Bangkok Soap Opera’s brand. With visually appealing images, engaging stories, and clear calls-to-action, the ads became more effective and appealing to potential buyers.
We also shifted their ad budget to the most profitable channels, like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Shopping. This ensured that the budget was spent where it could generate the best returns.
